Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Saaniq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Saaniq provides an AI-powered website builder bundled with Domain, Hosting, and SSL Certificate. Subscribers may create, edit, and publish websites subject to their plan.

• Monthly plan: ฿680 charged in advance every 30 days
• Yearly plan: ฿5,990 charged in advance every 365 days
• All prices include applicable Thai VAT
• Payments are processed by GBPrimePay (PromptPay / domestic credit cards)

• When your subscription expires and is not renewed, your published sites are suspended immediately and replaced with a hold page.
• Site data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted.
• No grace period and no refunds for partial periods, except where Saaniq is clearly at fault.

• Content you submit and publish remains yours.
• You grant Saaniq the rights necessary to store, process, and serve that content as part of providing the service.
• You warrant that you have the right to use any logos, images, and content you upload.

• No illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• No phishing, scams, malware, or other unlawful activity.
• No probing, penetration testing, or disrupting normal operations.
• Violations may result in immediate account and site suspension without refund.

Saaniq is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted availability. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

Saaniq may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
